This was back in the early 90s: Memphis wrestling had two evil women (Lauren and Nurse Cratchet) who would sneak attack the good girls, beat them up and whip them with a belt.
Very mild stuff at first..but eventually they would de-skirt the good girls and whip them in their underwear in front of the studio audience!
Eventually Lauren and the Nurse got theirs. Later on, Jerry Lawler dragged both of the villains into the ring, pulled up their skirts, and spanked them both!
