Perhaps some men (or boys?) think that such terms are endearments or another way of saying "sexy". They are not. Very few real women (outside of a porn fantasy) respond positively to being called these names. Even the few that do, would only accept it from a very special man in very limited circumstances.
I'm being charitable now - but perhaps the men who use these terms do not have English as their first language or have never had a girlfriend or wife.
