Well, I guess if we are going to get technical about the whole thing, this picture does not qualify either. Side boob is showing the side of the breast but not the nipple.
That being said, I agree that for me there is an added element of pleasure when the side boob happens to be seen with clothes. It’s like seeing great cleavage. You just can’t look away.
