I've got DV video from last year, and crappy digital still camera movies from the year before. I intend to go to at least two days in January, so hopefully I'll have some more stuff from then as well. I've got a few friends that come down from Sydney, and if they get any decent stuff, i'll be sure to grab a copy before they leave.
The reason it's so big is because i'm lazy (having 1.7 TB of HDD space does that to me
) and I just dumped it straight from the camera onto my hard drive , and digital cameras native format is about 3.5 Mb a second. I'll convert into more manageable files though. Does there seem to be any consensus on what the best format is? I'm a big fan of WMV, but if people prefer mpeg or xvid i can do it either way.
