I am now getting old but in my youth I did expose myself in many ways and have no regrets about having done so. In fact I would recommend it to you as being a great marital aid and stimulating to your relationship. There are many ways to do this and I think I tried most of them including modelling and appearing on stage nude. I have written about this in some depth on this site and will not bore you with going through it again. Try to look at 'on becoming a nude model' in this section.
Once you have done one 'flash' or the like it becomes easier and after all you are only showing what nature provided you with and you need have no shame in sharing it with others, particularly if you look good but even if you are not happy with your looks just try. The expression 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder' is so very true and it was not until I showed my body to others that I came to appreciate it myself.
Try just a few topless shots to start with or just some revealing garments. Maybe a nude from the back or wearing a mask but above all get used to showing yourself to the camera. It will flatter you and later when your are more confident take a plunge into nude sun bathing where you can be seen or a visit to a naturist beach where everyone is nude and you would feel out of place wearing any clothes.
