Last night was very special indeed. My wife and I usually go for one or two nights to a hotel in the short period between Christmas and New Year, to get away from it all. Both Christmas and New Year are stressing times for the both of us, since we need to balance family and friends and buying presents for everyone. Last night we went to an hotel in Noord-Brabant, a Dutch province only about an hour drive away from our home.
