It's not perfect and sites/links can change over time. Be sure and try out TinEye. I have had great luck finding things through it that Google doesn't even have. Yandex is another and sometimes Bing can lead to interesting things.
Seems I remember someone on this site posting a how to on reverse image searches. Maybe someone knows the link
