Back in the 90's, my oldest son became engaged, and eventually married a wonderful young lady and we became good friends with her parents. I'll call them Patty and Dave.
One Christmas Eve in the late 90's we were all together. Patty said to me we should go on a cruise together. I told her she should speak to my wife because I was down for anything but my wife was a bit of a wet blanket. I figured that coming from Pat, she would find it harder to say no.

I discovered that it was quicker and easier to get to Gunnison Beach on Sandy Hook in NJ and have been going there for the last several years.
My wife has warmed up to being surrounded by naked people. She still doesn't participate, which is a bit of an issue with us, but as long as she doesn't prevent me from doing my thing I can live with it.
As for Dave and Pat, I try to get together with them at Cypress Cove for a few days every Spring. She is still shaved and he is still hanging out.
