I don't know if that was the case here; but it seems to me women tend to get "comfortable" when they know you're a nudist or have experienced it.
A friend/co-worker of mine once had a wardrobe malfunction/boob slip while we were hanging out - and she just giggled: "Well...it's nothing you haven't seen before!"
Another friend had a small child. We were hanging out at her place when she brought up breastfeeding. She mused about me having "probably seen hundreds of breasts", and proceeded to completely remove her top to breastfeed!
My very own mother-in-law once came out of the shower while I was visiting, and covered herself with a towel. Right before saying: "Why do I even bother? You see naked women all the time!" and throwing her towel over her shoulder!
I think some women feel comfortable about the fact that if you're a nudist, and have been naked around other women, you're not going to "lust" if you see them undressed. But just because we may have in fact seen hundreds of women naked doesn't mean we're not going to "respond" to seeing someone we know being "comfortable!"
