Under "Quick Links" at the top of the page, click "Open Contacts Popup" to get to the
"Buddy List". Select all of the members on the list that you want, then at the bottom click "PM Users".
Alternately, you can put as many usernames as you want in the "Recipient Username(s)" box on the Private Message page. Just separate them with ; .
