The main girl follows a girl so she can return the fast food bag that the other girl left behind; the main girl ends up following her into a magical school.
The main girl is spotted and chased by one of students; she runs away and rests at a hotspring.
The main girl is found by the student who was chasing her before; she tries to runs away, but learns that all her clothes and most of her other belonging have been taken.
The main girl decides to run away using a spellbook as cover, eventually running into a group of students.

I could only find the first two chapters of the manga online, and there is only a trailer of the upcoming anime adaption of the series.
The series doesn't look like it will have lots of fanservice, so this might be the only ENF scene in the series.
