Yes, she secretly liked it, probably very much. But you blew it by bringing attention to her little kink. Since it is no longer a "secret", she can no longer enjoy herself doing it. She can no longer pretend that it is OK. However, maybe there are other areas that you can cultivate the underlying exhibitionist in her. And yes, this is where "plausible deniability" can come into play.
