Interesting question
Anecdotal evidence on this site to the contrary, I think sharing photos of wives is pretty rare. The percentage I think would be higher for ex-wives and girlfriends.
I think most men either have zero interest in sharing or are too afraid of repercussions from the wife or other family/friends.
