Besides knowing that my wife is just a towel-head and has nothing else on, I had to ask more of the neighbors the same Question and received the same answer that they do the same thing!
The reason I got was more or less the same! After wiping yourself down and having the towel to take more moisture out of the hair, they just Air dry those moist private areas lol.
