Sounds good. Most people think that if they can just find a girl who is willing to take off her clothes for the camera, then the money will roll right in. Too many people open businesses without a plan, but you seem to be doing your market research, which means you're on the right track. The only other thing that I can suggest is that you get a trial membership for some of the sites that you think are prosperous and make a note of how they do things... especially the camera work, poses, props, etc. A trial membership at 18eighteen.com, for example, will run you about $4.95 for a few days of access -- they are probably the most successful magazine in the 18-19 year old model niche. One thing to note about these, and most, successful sites is that the girls are willing to do more hardcore acts i.e. dildos, fingering, etc. Unless the girls are amazingly hot, softcore porn (Playboy style) probably won't cut it. I would strongly recommend that you find a fetish that you like (it's important that you like what you are producing) and that you feel others will like... and cater to it.
