A classic EUF from Thundering Tenors, a 1931 Charley Chase comedy short.
Charley closes his suitcase on the hem of a socialite's gown and the back rips off when she rises.
Great punchline to the gag... She comments on the man's mansion and he replies, "But you should see the view from the back porch."
The bit starts just after 8 minutes. The rip comes just after 10 minutes.
