Are spas attached to gyms much better than those attached to larger bathing resorts? Sundays are probably good times to visit? What about spas attached to spa hotels? What about winther vs summer? Any recommendations?

If you don't know, what is better, try "Scharbeutz Therme" near Lübeck. There is a gym attached, a bathing resort and a new Hotel, too.
