collector5757: The guy didn't give any noticeable indication that he saw us. But I wasn't really pay him that much attention also.
Rickandsuzy: I've looked before and it depends. I do know that if you're really close you can vaguely make out people walking around. In this case he was pretty close to that distance but I can't say what the lighting allowed.
