The Japanese girls, have a whole culture of pantyhose, my wife is native to Sapporo in northern Japan, the weather is cold all year round and the pantyhose is something they wear daily and all year long, I gave myself a Walk through several shopping malls and I noticed many girls sitting down I can tell you that 99% were wearing pantyhose both with skirts and under their pants or jeans and in some cases, they used two pair of pantyhose, could easily distinguish.
