When I go by myself its cool because I can do the "U-turn" as needed and get a better look.
I have been known to follow a good jiggler for several blocks.... does that make me creepy

I've been keeping track of braless women on recent trips I've made from Southern California to the East Coast (NY, Conn, Mass, Maine and up into Canada) and to Nevada. It's an entirely unscientific survey, but I've come to this conclusion: Women who live in hot, dry climates tend to wear more clothing, presumably to wick perspiration away from the body. In hot, muggy areas, the clothing just gets wet and uncomfortable, so less clothes are worn.
Where I live in the L.A. area, even on the hottest days, it seems like less than 1% of women go braless. Las Vegas is nearly the same with about 1% to 1.5% braless. Nevada outside of Vegas is a bit higher, running 1-2%.
For the East Coast outside of NYC, I was counting 2-3% braless. This includes the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. New York City is the champion of bralessness with about 5-6% of the women I saw going without. Not all these women were young, or small-breasted or even small overall, but many were. I don't have any age or size breakdown, it being a very unscientific survey, consisting of just me counting.
As I see it, these numbers are dismal. There should be many more going braless, I'd like to see the numbers double or triple. Perhaps it's the presence of so many camera phones, or bra commercials or something, I can't fathom why. I just hope there's some way to reverse this trend and convince more women to go braless.
(Sorry, I couldn't get any pictures of these women, since my wife was with me the whole time...)
