Korrozia Metalla, Russian band that's been doing this since the early 90's. Their one big hit (and the only thing I've heard w/ any English whatsoever) is a tune called "Russian Vodka." The bassist/singer is the only constant from those days, and he's been playing the same bass guitar since then.
