I came here to find a picture a friend was in. But I thought I would answer these questions since I am bored and no one here knows me.
1. Are you easily embarrassed in general? Would a situation involving you being naked be very embarrassing for you or not?
I dont think I am easily embarrassed, but a situation being naked would be embarrassing.
2. For those who consider themselves exhibitionists: Why do you like to show your body to other people (either in public or on the internet)?
For those who are modest: Why do you not like to show your body to other people (except your spouse or significant other)?
I am modest I guess because thats how I was raised. Some things arent meant to be seen by everyone on the planet.
3. Hypothetical situation: You are out in public (let's say a crowded shopping mall). Suddenly, your clothes inexplicably disappear, leaving you totally naked. Everyone around you notices and is now staring at you. How do you react? What do you do?
I cover my face with my hands and run as fast as I can to my car.
4. Hypothetical situation: You are an actress (you may actually be an actress!) and the role you just took requires nudity. Do you get a body double or do the scene yourself? Would it matter if the role was in a movie or on stage?
I would get a body double probably.
5. Would you ever go to a place where nudity is accepted/encouraged, like a nude beach? If you've been to one, why do you like to go? If you wouldn't want to go, why not?
I MAY be able to go to a topless beach, if it was just me and my friends. If everyone else was doing it, I could probably do it.
6. Hypothetical Situation: You are at a public place where nudity is accepted (let's say a nude beach [even if you've never been to one or intend to ever go to one]). You see someone takes a picture of you. Would this be embarrassing? How would you react? Shrug it off? Or take action?
Yes, it would be embarrassing because I would be worried that someone was using it for something like a webpage.
8. For the "Ladies of OCC": Why do you post nude pictures of yourself on OCC?
If you are not a "Lady of OCC", would you ever consider posting a clothed picture of yourself anywhere online (let alone OCC)? Would you ever consider posting a nude picture of yourself online? Why or why not? (Additional question: Would it matter if your face was blurred? Why or why not?)
I would never post a nude picture of myself online, because who knows who will see it. I guess if my face was blurred it would be easier to do.
9. If you are modest: Which would be more embarrassing: Being naked in front of a small group of people that you know (a dinner party at home with friends or co-workers), or being naked in front of a large group of strangers (giving a speech on stage at a conference or convention)?
For exhibitionists: Which would be more "exciting" for you: (Same scenarios as above)? Being naked in front of a small group would be more embarrssing because its people I know, people who see me everyday. It would be easier to do it if it was a bunch of people I would never see again.
10. For those who are modest: What would be the be all, end all most embarrassing naked situation for you to be in? What about this situation would make it more embarrassing than any other? If this situation has already actually happened to you, you need not explain it in detail if you don't want to, but please at least say what the situation was in general. (If the situation was sex-related or truly traumatizing in any way, you probably shouldn't answer this question, both because you probably wouldn't want to, and because I am only looking for answers regarding nudity only.)
The most embarrassing thing in the world would be to be seen in private, like in the bathroom or my bedroom, if I didnt know someone was looking, especially by people I know. A couple of years ago, I was about 16, they caught someone peeping in my bedroom window. The police arrested him and all of that. But they said they think he had been doing it for a long time, which is embarrassing. But since I didnt know that guy, it wasnt that awful. But if that had been a guy from school or something and he had been taping it or something, and everyone at school saw it, that would be the worst thing in the world.
