I imagine a lot of us managed this more by accident than planning ("If I time this right, we'll do it while others are in the room!") For me, it was at a convention back around college (mostly of people IN college...) We were, of course, all in hotel rooms during Winter break. I was not scoring left and right, but the last night (I had a plane to catch in the early morning), I scored with one girl. Naturally, she was rooming with other people, as was I. We were talking in her room, and I had already figured things were off the table...so imagine my surprise when things weren't! So, we had been talking quietly in a roomful of sleeping people, all under their covers (Winter), then one thing led to another, and we were under her covers and doing stuff. I figured the covers and lack of light would be enough...but it wasn't, and the girl in the next bed over woke up and asked what we were doing. I managed to stop myself from all the possible answers despite them being true-I stayed silent and motionless and I HOPE she fell back to sleep. Anyway, a little later, we continued, and eventually stopped and relaxed. I also had to make my goodbyes and run back to throw my things in my suitcase WITHOUT sounding like I was only staying until I scored.
In hindsight, the other girl partly woke up because the faint light was behind us and not on the other side so we were only shrouded not invisible. The other reason is that, apparently, she was into me and I didn't figure this out until I got home and caught up on my sleep, then slapped my forehead upon awakening. If I'd realized that, I would have made a move for her instead- she was a lot cuter. Man, if I could have read women's minds or at least known for sure when any were into me, I would have had a MUCH different time back then. I kept thinking I didn't have a shot when I did, a LOT of the time.
And, no, if I'd have invited her to join us at the time, I'm pretty sure she would have said no and made a commotion, so I would have had to leave there and then.
