Older sisters are odd creatures, for sure. A college GF of mine was an older sister, and I wrote about some of her adventures in the first few pages of the family exposures thread- she was great fun. Your wife's attitude about her kid brother seeing her changing, naked, etc. sounds a bit like my old GF in that she (sometime) enjoyed him peeking at her, and liked to know she was capable of exciting him enough to masturbate.
