Following inspiration from
DRDavenport I felt like taking on a project.
I realize there will be a pretty limited audience for this.
I thought I’d put together a personal “best of” the Mermaid Parade bits. Spanning many years.
By “best of”, I mean titillating. If you’re thinking “that’s adolescent”; yes, yes it is.
Perhaps a Reader’s Digest of Mermaid Parade media?
You will see nothing gratuitous here, but I love seeing normal women coming out of their shell.
As an historical documentarian (which I am not) I find the progression over time fascinating. I missed a few years, which makes me a sloppy documentarian.
Some years were better than others. A special shout out to 2015 which had
pro interviews of some of the participants.
