Only if it happened after a few minutes of course. There has to be a feeling of security before losing it becomes fun.
Even if you don't go with this, it might be part of a desperation scene anyway. Have her try a few things that don't work before she puts together an "outfit," or finally realizes she's stuck that way and has to seek a confidante.
A good set up for an office scene might be that she's working late in what she thinks is an empty building. She gets bored, then frisky, then she decides to try a little "safe" streaking. But she hears someone and hides, then has to watch helplessly as a janitor comes by and throws her clothes away.
A secret crush on her boss would be a nice touch; maybe she could be sneaking around in his office fantasizing about him. Of course, what with Orange Alerts and everything, it might turn out there were security cameras, and the poor guy might have to confront his secretary about her aberrant behavior....
