She was a participant for sure. I've noticed her in several videos. No bike, just walking along in the parade. Perhaps she's taking a break from walking, I'm not sure. However, I love how she casually hangs out with the crowd. This is a great shot!
Continuing on a similar note, in many instances, participants will often come back after the bike portion of the parade has ended and view some of the remaining portions of parade alongside clothes participants as evidenced in the photo I'm posting. These types of photos are very rarely posted here but are amongst my favorites for sure.
