Just last weekend I bought my fiancée a new one-piece jumpsuit with tiny shorts. She decided to wear it with no underwear; telling me right before heading out that she didn't feel like bothering with it.
The fabric is definitely thin so you could see her nipples poking and her cameltoe if you looked hard enough.
I gave up on trying to figure out a pattern to her wearing no underwear some time ago. She will proclaim "accident" if something slips; and if I push her to not wear underwear she refuses. It's totally a comfort and "control" thing for her.
