If you are posting pictures in the hopes of recognition and appreciation, you're going about it the wrong way. You have to think of it as an act of charity. I'm serious. You are giving charity (pictures) to the voiceless thousands, who cannot thank you for the gift they have received, but still appreciate it anyway. Occasionally, a few will step up and thank you, but this is a rare occurrence.
Another thing you have to remember. There is still a certain stigma and shame associated with porn sites in our society, so many, many people don't want to make themselves known because they know there is no true anonymity on the Web. I was like that myself once, but then I just started not giving a damn. Many people can't and won't do this, and frankly, I don't fault them for it.
And one last thing to keep in mind. If absolutely everybody who liked your pics said "thanks", this place would be a madhouse. I mean, look at the
Sexy and Funny forums. That place is crazy, because they've got hundreds of people thanking here and thanking there and it's chaos. It's like the trading floor at a stock market. It'll give you a headache. It's still a good forum (not as good as OCC, IMHO), but it's hectic. I compare OCC, on the other hand, to a laid back small town, where it's much less chaotic, much quieter, and more "relaxing". This has its virtues, believe me.
Anyway, I encourage you to keep posting your collection. I know you have a great one and it would be a shame, I think, to keep it all to yourself.
