My fiancée is somewhere in the middle. She "exhibits" sometimes; but it has to come from her. If I push her in any way to show more; she pushes back. I think she wants to feel like she is in control.
When we went to St Martin last year, she decided she wanted to go for a walk on the beach wearing just a cover-up; which was so short you could see her ass and puss from underneath if you looked hard enough. Once we got far enough she lifted it up to go wading. I told her that some people could probably see her naked ass; she told me to loosen up and not be so uptight about people seeing her bottomless.
When we went back this year and I "pushed" her to be less covered up, she turned me down flat.
Yeah it can be annoying as heck sometimes.
