- Yes, but all I have is Windows Movie Maker and it degrades the quality when I split. Also, on the high-quality setting, I had a segment that was 16MB and would not split smaller no matter what I did. I was just whining about the major butt-pain involved in hacking/splitting and/or downgrading a perfectly good flick. I'm done whining - - - - for now.
