All you have to do is contact PB via your user account e-mail and let them know you've lost your passwords.....they'll notify you of them / allow you to change them via your registered e-mail address.......................
.....there is NO OTHER WAY of getting into PB albums.......
certainly not by trying to d/l some non-existent generic command to allow you to access PB main and sub-albums..........
Just contact PB....they'll resolve it for you..................
