Default Request: Girl flashes panties at UK reporter on street
So back in the early 2000's I caught this clip on a TV bloopers show: A male reporter is standing on the street outside of Parliament. A young woman walks by, gets a mischievous grin on her face, and suddenly stops. She turns around and bends over, hikes up her skirt and flashes her black panties to the camera. Amazing view! She then continues walking on, giggling to herself while the reporter is laughing hysterically.

I've been searching for this clip with no luck. Anyone seen this?
