Landlord story
My dad shared sometimes a little too much me sometimes but I always appreciated he treated me as an adult. SO this is his story and not mine.
He had several rental properties and he said that one time one of his tenants offered him a BJ in exchange for the rent. He told her he would rather have the money. He told me that he realized that she would always have something to hold over his head if he took her up on the offer. A great lesson for a teenager to be wary of those kinds of offers.
Besides, he loved my mom very much and they had 61 wonderful years together.
