I have sold several cars but never was offered pussy on the side. Did the payment thing once and learned my lesson.
About a year after we were married we rented a one bedroom apartment and the landlord was a nice guy but shady as could be. My wife told me years later he had come by when she was home and not in school and tried to convince her to hookup and even touched her several times.
We always paid our rent before it was due but one month when we went in to pay it he suggested we work out a trade each month. If he could fuck my wife "occasionally" each month he would call our rent paid in full. We did not accept and moved a few months later.
About a year later he was arrested on a bunch of different fraud charges and ended up going to prison and loosing his business that his dad had set him up in.

I knew a landlord like the one your talking about. He was always trying to get the married female teandents to play with him on the low. He even once unlocked our door and came in while my then wife was in the bath. We also ended up moving within a coupe of months after that. As far as I know he still rents places...he would be in his 80s now.
