At best guess:
Story 1) She drinks something that makes her (but not her clothes) invisible, so has to strip. Somehow she's captured and groped.
Story 2) Leash / furry porn.
Story 3) She grows a dick.
Story 4) Everyone seems to be naked without anyone paying attention, so she gets naked, but then people start to notice her?
