No, it actually happened. I know a couple of the people who where there.
On the big rides, hardons are quite common. There are a few blokes who clearly go there to show theirs off. Mostly they get away with it because they're part of a large crowd. Canterbury being a small ride, this chap stood out, as it were
I personally find the small rides absolutely pointless. To my mind, they achieve nothing positive.
