A good mod for stripping NPCs in an embarrassing fashion is
EstrusForSkyrim by Cotyounoyume

Requirement:
Skyrim 1.9.32.0

FNIS ver.5.1.1
SKYUI 3.1 or higher
it gives you some spells to attack NCPs with tentacles that either just strip em and make them run around embarrassed for a bit, or "play" with them for a while.
