When I grew up and lived in Pittsburg, the neighbor 2 doors down would pull the car into the back courtyard of her house and wash her car bikini topless only during the weekdays, never on a weekend. I think she figured less people would take notice.
When we lived in West Point, Alabama area, there was an older woman, 50s, who would sit on her porch, and as you walked by, she would flash her tits at you... we weren't sure if she was demented -lonely, or just an exhibitionist??.. She did have a great rack!!!
