I'm not 100% sure but it looks like pic #2 is a mod called "Get Stripped", which was mentioned elsewhere in this thread. I tested it out and it's actually really great. It creates a few new NPCs (one in one town and two in another) and adds custom ENF animations to your character so now you can get your clothes stripped off in public and you'll do some attempted cover ups before running around embarrassed. It's a great little ENF simulator and later on I think it has story elements where you can get revenge on the women who stripped you. If you have Skyrim I'd recommend it.
