I remember the woman in the green visor was a regular at the beach - she was there any time the sun was out and was a very popular body paint artist. Always topless, never nude. Thousands upon thousands visited - in the late 70's.
**Wouldn't it be great if the current revolutionary tide - caused Blacks Beach, the Naked Mile, and Primal Scream, Bay to the Breakers to make a big nude comeback
