My opinion is that the popularity of going to Blacks Beach ebbs and flows. When I first started going to Blacks in the late 90's, it was (or seemed) always crowded and with lots of under 30 women. Then in the early to mid 2000's (or the aughts if you prefer) the crowd sizes diminished and the under 30 crowd definitely decreased substantially.
Now since 2010 or so I've seen a definite upswing in the beach crowd and the under the 30 crowd seems to be on the rise again.
I'm not totally sure why this is the case with the crowds, but I have noticed that bikini's seem to get smaller every year so maybe it's a small step to take them off these days. Or maybe with social media, people see nudity and body freedom more often these days so are emboldened to get naked at the beach.
Whatever it is, I'm not complaining.
