Three guesses:

1) Photozella (read about it at coccozella's website)
2) Porn Safari
3) Your usual Japanese sex TV promo

Answer: I HAVE NOT IDEA!! But I think it may be from Japan....

Now count the number of cameras, multiply by 100, divide by 25, and you ought to have about the number of pics of this event posted on the web. Or something.
