Similar scene from another anime
There's a similar scene to that in the Anime Sex Taxi (Kojin Taxi) the driver spies on a girl sabotaging her rivals swimsuit and predictably it rips appart during the race. First at the straps then she decides to duck down under the water with her butt sticking out of the water causing her suit to rip there too completely exposing her in the pool. It's a good scene if I can find it I'll post up the link.
