Nude Wollongong: cheeky new Instagram craze hits the coast

Cheeky nature-lovers have discovered the Illawarra’s appeal as a backdrop for eye-catching nude photos.

The region makes regular appearances on the Instagram page getnakedaustralia – a celebration of body pride and the simple sensation of sun on skin.

Triumphant mountain-top moonings feature heavily, as do arms-up salutes on beaches and swimming holes.

The page is the work of a Sydney-based group of friends.

“Whenever I go on a hike and find a swimming hole I'm always keen to strip off and jump in for a skinny dip,” Get Naked Australia’s founder said.
