In Japan, strip rock-paper-scissors is known as Yakyuuken, and this has apparently been made into video games on old consoles such as the PS1, the Sega Saturn, and the 3DO. They have the girl do a dance for a few minutes before picking rock, paper, or scissors. The player then picks as well and you get how it goes. The girl dances before every round, regardless of a win, loss, or tie.

In most of the clips I've seen, the women don't seem very embarrassed. This one is the closest, as the girl seems to actually be somewhat embarrassed when she gets to her underwear. However, that all goes out the window when it's time to dance again.
