Well, without pulling out a dictionary, the company making the video is Mokkori Television (or Moccori Television. Bad romanization strikes again). The scoreboard says one group is 'OL Team' or "Office Lady Team". The other one I guess is "Female Super Star Team", but I might be getting my kanji mixed up.
I found listings for the company on a few video websites, but nothing comes up if I try to narrow down the search to find the specific video. Needs someone with greater Google-Fu.
Amusingly,Mokkori's main meaning is 'bulging' and is usually used in reference to something being sexually exciting, causing a bulge in your pants.
