I'm in the same boat you are. She wants them, I don't care for fake ones, but it'll make her happy. She wants a lift to bring them back where they used to be. I'm afraid they won't feel real anymore. She is opting for the 'tear-drop' shape to still look natural and not look fake, as well as the incision near her armpit for no visible scars or surgery 'evidence'. Hoping for the best.
