I used to be a plastic surgeon before I died and I can tell you I would never determine if a woman needed breast augmentation without seeing the entire woman. You have to analyze how her face would go with her new breasts and if the size were symmetrical with the rest of her body. I would suggest you take a few dozen fully nude photos of her and post them so I can give you an honest medical opinion. Please be sure to take some shots of her standing and bending over front and rear. A doctor has to see her rear and profile photos to determine if she would be able to support larger breasts.
