Absolutely. I actually have two ex stories about the contagious power of nudity.

First.
This was when my X was still new to nudism. Up to that point she had been nude at the resort; but only here and there, generally hiding from other people.
At that time I was in contact with other nudists who invited us to a get-together. My wife at first refused. "wasn't going to be naked in some stranger's house" was her argument. Nonetheless, after much discussion and negotiation, she relented, with the stipulation that she'd stay covered the whole time.
When we arrived, there were a lot more people that I expected. They were all nude. My wife was miffed and gave me mucho attitude. She grabbed her sarong, tied it very tightly, and proceeded to the living room with a pissed off look on her face.
The people there were very friendly to her nonetheless. One of them asked her if she'd be willing to help with dinner. She relented, and I was promptly shoo'd away while she got pulled in the kitchen. I just went outside and had a drink with the guys.

Some time went by. I occasionally heard laughter from the kitchen, and I was a bit worried about her being begrudgingly in a kitchen full of naked women. Suddenly I heard a familiar voice saying: "Dinner is served!" I turned around, and my jaw dropped when I saw my wife, standing in the doorway completely naked with a big grin on her face! She then started coming out carrying trays of food, being friendly, laughing with the guests, seemingly being totally happy being naked in front of everyone. I was in disbelief, but I tried not to show it.
After dinner she just came and sat next to me. I asked her "where all that awesomness was coming from?" And it all had been actually very simple.

She was in fact pissed when she got pulled into the kitchen. She didn't want to be around a bunch of naked women "in her face." But it turned out these women were very friendly. And she found herself just chatting and laughing with them. And being around all these naked women started making an impression on her. It really hadn't taken a lot of thought: she just got the "nudist bug." The naked fun these women were having pulled my wife right in; she ran into the guest room, tossed off her sarong and jumped right in the middle of them.

She stayed completely naked the rest of the evening. Even as people started dressing up and leaving, she was still naked. At the end of the night when it was time to leave, I put my clothes back on waiting for her; and when I went looking for her, she was still naked, in the kitchen helping clean up! She was literally the last person to put clothes on; and she seemed to hate it!

She definitely got the "nudist bug." I was amazed by how much power other people's nudity can have on a person!
